How will my product be shipped?
All of our orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, but you have the option to change the shipping
method. We cannot ship to any P.O. Box addresses.
If I live in Dallas area, can I pick up my order?
Yes you can. You will need to select that method on the checkout page. You will have to provide a
phone number where you can be reached. You can also e-mail me and set up a time for you to
get your order.
Can I place custom orders with you?
Yes you can. I am more than happy to help you find that perfect candle. Just e-mail me with
what your looking for, and I will help if I can.
How long after I place my order will it ship?
Our orders are processed and shipped between 2-3 business days if not in stock. Otherwise we
ship the next business day, Monday - Friday only.
Can I track my order once it ships?
Yes, if you provide your e mail address on the checkout page an e-mail will be sent to you with
the UPS tracking information once it has shipped.
Can I return items to you?
Yes you can, provided the product has not been lit. You may exchange the candle for another
scent (provided it is in stock) or we will refund your money if you are not satisfied.
How can I reach customer service for your web site?
Please send an e-mail for any technical questions, or to report errors with this site.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards, Money Orders, Cashiers Check, and Cash (at your own risk in
the mail). If you have a Paypal account you can send en E-Check.
Sorry, No out of state personal checks will be accepted. If you plan on paying with a
Cashiers Check or Money Order, please e-mail me before you place the order.
Is your website secure for Credit Card transactions?
Here at Dani's Candles, we take privacy issues seriously. We will NEVER sell, rent or give your
personal information including your name, address or payment information to any third-parties.
We guarantee a safe, worry-free shopping experience.
A sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipping to a Texas address.
